Much discussion is emerging from scientific circles detailing the results of genetic testing in relation to human migration patterns. These studies attempt to show the distribution of ethnic genetic codes over certain geographic areas in relation to time. This article attempts to explain some of our research, along with the help of other scientists in these field.

Scientists have now identified the human lineages of the world descended from 10 sons of a genetic Adam and 18 daughters of a genetic Eve.

" In the ' Tables of O-Notis ' it states that Atlas had saved the life of the daughter of a chief. Then Atlas married the human women and procreated with her. The record goes on to state that Atlas had five sets of twins. This gives us 10 sons. We believed that the world was gridded out into 10 sections, by the Altarian sea kings, also known as the princes of Atlantis. The word Atlantis means twin or multiple Atlas'. The word Atlantis relates to the twin sons of Atlas. The first twins were Alta and Atla. So the idea of genetic 10 sons is not hard for us to believe. The 18 daughters of Eve seems to relate to the Tables of O-Notis. They state that there were native nations of humans before and separate from the bloodlines of the Osharians. This new data backs this idea up. The number of years given is a round 144,000 years which relates to the five cycles of 25 thousand and some years, that make up the precession cycle. This also relates to the ancient American's belief in five ages. The tables of O-Notis also states that there are five precessions that have changed the surface of the Earth since mankind was born from the mixing of the five races and the Osharian race, which gives us the " six 6st race of man". 144 is also related to the Fibonacci pattern. This pattern maps out the basic pattern of genetics found in native animals on Earth."


This ancestral human population lived in Africa and started to split up 144,000 years ago. This time period is when both the mitochondrial and Y chromosome trees first branch out.

You will also notice that the analysis of DNA from many ancient skeletons and mummies (studies mentioned below) is performed on the mitochondrial DNA, or mtDNA. This "ancient" DNA is often degraded and present in very small quantities. mtDNA offers the best chance of isolating DNA from ancient samples because it is small and is present in the cell with many copies.

The 18 Daughters of a Genetic Eve

Dr. Douglas C. Wallace and his colleagues at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta constructed a world female genetic tree based on mitochondrial DNA. Dr. Wallace found that almost all American Indians have mtDNA that belong to lineages he named A, B, C and D. Europeans belong to lineages H through K and T through X. The split between the two main branches in the European tree suggests that modern humans reached Europe 39,000 to 51,000 years ago, Dr. Wallace calculates, a time that corresponds with the archaeological date of at least 35,000 years ago.

In Asia the ancestral lineage is known as M, with descendant branches E, F and G. In the Americas are lineages A through D. In Africa there is a single main lineage, known as L, which is divided into three branches. L3, the youngest branch, is common in East Africa and is believed to be the source of both the Asian and European lineages.

Dr. Wallace's mitochondrial DNA lineages are "haplogroups" but known as "daughters of Eve," because all of the lineages are branches of the trunk that stems from the mitochondrial Eve.

Dr. Wallace is now exploring the root of the mitochondrial tree. In the March 2000 American Journal of Human Genetics, he and colleagues identify the Vasikela Kung of the northwestern Kalahari desert in southern Africa as the population that lies nearest to the root of the human mtDNA tree. Another population that seems almost equally old is that of the Biaka pygmies of Central Africa.

The 7 European Daughters of Eve

Professor Sykes and Oxford University researchers in England have identified seven ancestral matriarchal groups from which all Europeans appear to be descended. Every European can trace his or her evolutionary history back to the seven ancestral mother groups, also referred to as the Seven European Daughters of Eve. Sykes et al. obtained buccal cells from 6,000 individuals and analyzed the samples using the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) analysis. It is known that mtDNA mutates at a very slow rate, such as 1 mutation in every 10,000 years. So they figured that the women would have lived between 8,000 and 45,000 years ago. What is amazing is that all seven of the genetic groups appear to be descended from the Lara clan, one of three clans that still exist today in Africa. This is called the African Eve theory. It was proposed in the late 1980's by Allan Wilson, Mark Stoneking and others. The African Eve theory states that all humans share a common African ancestor.

The Seven European Daughters of Eve matriarchal groups correspond to Dr. Wallace's lineages above, and were given names by by Professor Sykes:

Helena: This clan lived in the ice-capped Pyrenees. As the climate warmed, Helena’s descendants trekked northward to what is now England, some 12,000 years ago. Members of this group are now present in all European countries.

Jasmine: Her people had a relatively happy life in Syria, where they farmed wheat and raised domestic animals. Jasmine’s descendants traveled throughout Europe, spreading their agricultural innovations with them.

Katrine: Members of this group lived in Venice 10,000 years ago. Today most of Katrine’s clan lives in the Alps.

Tara: This group settled in Tuscany 17,000 years ago. Descendants ventured across northern Europe and eventually crossed the English Channel.

Ursula: Users of stone tools, Ursula’s clan members drifted across all of Europe.

Valda: Originally from Spain, Valda and her immediate descendants lived 17,000 years ago. Later relatives moved into northern Finland and Norway.

Xenia: Her people lived in the Caucasus Mountains 25,000 years ago. Just before the Ice Age, this clan spread across Europe, and even reached the Americas. [As Dr. Wallace discovered, the X pattern is a rare European lineage and is also among the northern Native Americans such as the Ojibwa and Sioux.]

10 Sons of a Genetic Adam

A male genetic tree based on the analyses of the Y chromosome has been constructed by Dr. Peter A. Underhill and Dr. Peter J. Oefner of Stanford University. In March 2000, a colleague published the preliminary findings of this study in a book, "Genes, People and Languages," by Dr. Luca Cavalli-Sforza (see the Dr's own study "Two Waves", below). The tree starts with a single Y chromosomal Adam with 10 principal branches. Of these sons of Adam, the first three (designated I, II and III) are found almost exclusively in Africa. Son III's lineage migrated to Asia and fathered sons IV-X. These sons then spread through the rest of the world. Son IV spread to the Sea of Japan, son V to northern India, and sons VI and IX to the South Caspian.

Other Recent Research

Two Migration Waves out of Africa

This study came out of the University of Padua, Italy, under the direction of Dr. Luca Cavalli-Sforza and was published in the December issue of the journal Nature Genetics. In the study, the mtDNA in the blood of people from India and east Africa was analyzed. The results showed that a common maternal ancestor coming out of Africa existed 50,000 years ago between the people of Ethiopia and the Arabian peninsula, and India. Matches were not found in the Middle Eastern populations. In another earlier study, it was found that an earlier migration occurred, pegged at 100,000 years ago, involving a common maternal ancestor coming out of Africa by a northern route, settling in the Mediterranean and in Greece.

Beringia and Travel to the Americas

Beringia was a land bridge between 12,000 and 13,000 years ago that was evident once glaciers in the area melted and sea levels decreased. Beringia linked up Siberia and what is now Alaska. What is disputed by scientists is what people came over to the America's, when and how. By land? By boat? Paleo-Indians are believed to have used Beringia. Much DNA evidence is pointing to the use of water travel by Asians. There is the study involving the Olmec "celt" inscriptions versus the Chinese Shang writing, which in many cases is very close. We must also remember the concept of independent invention--that humans do independently invent things.

Chinese Migration to Mexico, B.C.

Researchers studied Native Americans from the Navajo, Chamorro and Flathead tribes. They then determined that all three groups possess a unique type of retrovirus gene, JCV, found only in China and Japan (National Academy of Sciences, 1197). Would seem to suggest travel by boat.

"So now we begin to see a pattern that relates to the missing bloodlines of the Osharians. This is now being supported by some hard science. How ever this data creates a new problem for Osharians. Osharian doctrine states those of the Atlas bloodlines came from the Atlantic ocean and not Africa. How ever the globe might have been very different looking than now. Some records from Edger Cayce stated that around 144,000 years Africa aligned differently. Cayce state that the Nile river ran into the Atlantic ocean. If this was true, then Africa would have had to been on it's side, with the north portions pointing towards the Gulf of Mexico. This would mean the east coast of Africa ran along the south boarder of the Mediterranean sea. The portions of Africa that are now parts of Egypt would have faced the Atlantic ocean. This brings Africa very close to the mid Atlantic. The Atlas mountains of north Africa would have ran north to south. For many years I thought the name of the Atlas mountain came from Atlas of the Oshar. If the Atlas mountain ran from north to south it would line up with the Osharian doctrine. Keep in mind that Atlas was not just the name of a being, but the land marker for the compass. The key symbol found in the corner of maps to show direction on the map came from Atlas the person. It goes in a set order. N,S,E,W, this is to give you the true axis point of the Earth so that you can navigated the globe at any point in time in the precession cycle."

Daily (Nov. 18, 2004) — Radiocarbon tests of carbonized plant remains where artifacts were unearthed last May along the Savannah River in Allendale County by University of South Carolina archaeologist Dr. Albert Goodyear indicate that the sediments containing these artifacts are at least 50,000 years old, meaning that humans inhabited North American long before the last ice age.

The findings are significant because they suggest that humans inhabited North America well before the last ice age more than 20,000 years ago, a potentially explosive revelation in American archaeology.

Goodyear, who has garnered international attention for his discoveries of tools that pre-date what is believed to be humans' arrival in North America, announced the test results, which were done by the University of California at Irvine Laboratory, Wednesday (Nov .17).

"The dates could actually be older," Goodyear says. "Fifty-thousand should be a minimum age since there may be little detectable activity left."

The dawn of modern homo sapiens occurred in Africa between 60,000 and 80,000 years ago. Evidence of modern man's migration out of the African continent has been documented in Australia and Central Asia at 50,000 years and in Europe at 40,000 years. The fact that humans could have been in North America at or near the same time is expected to spark debate among archaeologists worldwide, raising new questions on the origin and migration of the human species.

"Topper is the oldest radiocarbon dated site in North America," Goodyear says. "However, other early sites in Brazil and Chile, as well as a site in Oklahoma also suggest that humans were in the Western Hemisphere as early as 30,000 years ago to perhaps 60,000."

In 1998, Goodyear, nationally known for his research on the ice age PaleoIndian cultures dug below the 13,000-year Clovis level at the Topper site and found unusual stone tools up to a meter deeper. The Topper excavation site is on the bank of the Savannah River on property owned by Clariant Corp., a chemical corporation headquartered near Basel, Switzerland. He recovered numerous stone tool artifacts in soils that were later dated by an outside team of geologists to be 16,000 years old.

For five years, Goodyear continued to add artifacts and evidence that a pre-Clovis people existed, slowly eroding the long-held theory by archaeologists that man arrived in North America around 13,000 years ago.

"Three radiocarbon dates were obtained from deep in the terrace at Topper with two dates of 50,300 and 51,700 on burnt plant remains. One modern date related to an intrusion," Stafford says. "The two 50,000 dates indicate that they are at least 50,300 years. The absolute age is not known."

So-called anatomically modern humans are thought to have emerged somewhere in Africa some 200,000 years ago.
They later spread out, migrating to other continents where they displaced the indigenous human groups such as the Neanderthals in Europe and the Denisovans in Asia.
DNA from the cell's powerhouses - or mitochondria - can be used as a "clock" for reconstructing the timing of human migrations. This is because mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) accumulates mutations, or changes, at a known rate. Studies of mtDNA had suggested a timing for the "Out of Africa" exodus of 60-70,000 years ago.
But scientists behind the latest study argue that the people who made tools at Jebel Faya 125,000 years ago are ancestral to humans living outside Africa today.
Professor Uerpmann said the estimates of time using genetic data were "very rough".
"The domestic dog was said to be 120,000 years old, and now it is 20,000. You can imagine how variable the genetic dating is," he explained.
Commenting on the findings, Professor Chris Stringer, a palaeoanthropologist at London's Natural History Museum, said: "This archaeological work by Armitage and colleagues provides important clues that early modern humans might have dispersed from Africa across Arabia, as far as the Straits of Hormuz, by 120,000 years ago.

THE EMERALD TABLETS OF THOTH The history of the tablets translated in the following pages is strange and beyond the belief of modern scientists. Their antiquity is stupendous, dating back some 36,000 years B.C.E. The writer is Thoth/Enoch, an Atlantean Priest-King, who founded a colony in ancient Egypt after the sinking of the mother country.

He was the builder of the Great Pyramid of Giza, erroneously attributed to Cheops. In it he incorporated his knowledge of the ancient wisdom and also securely secreted records and instruments of ancient Atlantis. For some 16,000 years, he ruled the ancient race of Egypt, from approximately 52,000 B.C. to 36,000 B.C. At that time, the ancient barbarous race among which he and his followers had settled had been raised to a high degree of civilization. Thoth was an immortal, that is, he had conquered death, passing only when he willed and even then not through death. His vast wisdom made him ruler over the various Atlantean colonies, including the ones in South and Central America.

When the time came for him to leave Egypt, he erected the Great Pyramid over the entrance to the Great Halls of Amenti, placed in it his records, and appointed guards for his secrets from among the highest of his people. In later times, the descendants of these guards became the pyramid priests, by which Thoth was deified as the God of Wisdom, The Recorder, by those in the age of darkness which followed his passing. In legend, the Halls of Amenti became the underworld, the Halls of the gods, where the soul passed after death for judgment.

During later ages, the ego of Thoth/Enoch passed into the bodies of men in the manner described in the tablets. As such, he incarnated three times, in his last being known as Hermes, the thrice-born. In this incarnation, he left the writings known to modern occultists as the Emerald Tablets, a later and far lesser exposition of the ancient mysteries. The tablets translated in this work are ten which were left in the Great Pyramid in the custody of the pyramid priests. The ten are divided into thirteen parts for the sake of convenience.

The last two are so great and far-reaching in their import that at present it is forbidden to release them to the world at large. However, in those contained herein are secrets which will prove of inestimable value to the serious student. They should be read, not once, but a hundred times for only thus can the true meaning be revealed. A casual reading will give glimpses of beauty, but more intensive study will open avenues of wisdom to the seeker.

But now a word as to how these mighty secrets came to be revealed to modern man after being hidden so long. Some thirteen hundred years B.C., Egypt, the ancient Khem, was in turmoil and many delegations of priests were sent to other parts of the world. Among these were some of the pyramid priests who carried with them the Emerald Tablets as a talisman by which they could exercise authority over the less advanced priest-craft of races descended from other Atlantean colonies.

The tablets were understood from legend to give the bearer authority from Thoth.The particular group of priests bearing the tablets emigrated to South America where they found a flourishing race, the Mayas who remembered much of the ancient wisdom. The reason they obtained this was because of the lost civilization of Lemuria whch dates back 90,000 BCE. Many giants such as Gilgamesh was said to be orginally from thier. Among these, the priests settled and remained. In the tenth century, the Mayas had thoroughly settled the Yucatan, and the tablets were placed beneath the altar of one of the great temples of the Sun God.

After the conquest of the Mayas by the Spaniards, the cities were abandoned and the treasures of the temples forgotten. It should be understood that the Great Pyramid of Egypt has been and still is a temple of initiation into the mysteries. Jesus, Solomon, Apollonius and others were initiated there. The writer (who has a connection with the Great White Lodge which also works through the pyramid priesthood) was instructed to recover and return to the Great Pyramid the ancient tablets. This, after adventures which need not be detailed here, was accomplished. Before returning them, he was given permission to translate and retain a copy of the wisdom engraved on the tablets.

This was done in 1925 and only now has permission been given for part to be published. It is expected that many will scoff. Yet the true student will read between the lines and gain wisdom. If the light is in you, the light which is engraved in these tablets will respond.Now, a word as to the material aspect of the tablets. They consist of twelve tablets of emerald green, formed from a substance created through alchemical transmutation.They are imperishable, resistant to all elements and substances. In effect, the atomic and cellular structure is fixed, no change ever taking place.

In this respect, they violate the material law of ionization. Upon them are engraved characters in the ancient Atlantean language: characters which respond to attuned thought waves, releasing the associated mental vibration in the mind of the reader. The tablets are fastened together with hoops of golden-colored alloy suspended from a rod of the same material. So much for the material appearance.

The wisdom contained therein is the foundation of the ancient mysteries. And for the one who reads with open eyes and mind, his wisdom shall be increased a hundred-fold. Read. Believe or not, but read. And the vibration found therein will awaken a response in your soul. In the following pages, I will reveal some of the mysteries which as yet have only been touched upon lightly either by myself or other teachers or students of truth.

Man's search for understanding of the laws which regulate his life has been unending, yet always just beyond the veil which shields the higher planes from material man's vision the truth has existed, ready to be assimilated by those who enlarge their vision by turning inward, not outward, in their search. In the silence of material senses lies the key to the unveiling of wisdom. He who talks does not know; he who knows does not talk. The highest knowledge is unutterable, for it exists as an entity in lanes which transcend all material words or symbols.

All symbols are but keys to doors leading to truths, and many times the door is not opened because the key seems so great that the things which are beyond it are not visible. If we can understand that all keys, all material symbols are manifestations, are but extensions of a great law and truth, we will begin to develop the vision which will enable us to penetrate beyond the veil. All things in all universes move according to law, and the law which regulates the movement of the planets is no more immutable than the law which regulates the material expressions of man. One of the greatest of all Cosmic Laws is that which is responsible for the formation of man as a material being. The great aim of the mystery schools of all ages has been to reveal the workings of the Law which connect man the material and man the spiritual.

The connecting link between the material man and the spiritual man is the intellectual man, for the mind partakes of both the material and immaterial qualities. The aspirant for higher knowledge must develop the intellectual side of his nature and so strengthen his will that is able to concentrate all powers of his being on and in the plane he desires. The great search for light, life and love only begins on the material plane. Carried to its ultimate, its final goal is complete oneness with the universal consciousness. The foundation in the material is the first step; then comes the higher goal of spiritual attainment. In the following pages, I will give an interpretation of the Emerald Tablets and their secret, hidden and esoteric meanings. Concealed in the words of Thoth are many meanings that do not appear on the surface.Light of knowledge brought to bear upon the Tablets will open many new fields for thought. "Read and be wise" but only if the light of your own consciousness awakens the deep-seated understanding which is an inherent quality of the soul.

Osharian global warming?

There's more to climate change than warmer air

As greenhouse gases accumulate in the atmosphere, satellite instruments show a growing imbalance between energy entering the atmosphere from the Sun and energy leaving from Earth's surface.
But tracking the growing amount of heat on Earth is far more complicated than measuring temperatures at the planet's surface. The oceans absorbs about 90% percent of the solar energy that is trapped by greenhouse gases. Additional amounts of heat go toward melting glaciers and sea ice, as well as warming the land and parts of the atmosphere. Keep in mind only a tiny fraction warms the air at the planet's surface.

Some of the missing heat appears to be going into the observed melting of ice sheets in Greenland and Antarctica, as well as Arctic sea ice, say the Osharian scientists.

A percentage of the missing heat could be illusory, the result of imprecise measurements by satellites and surface sensors or incorrect processing of data from those sensors, the media say. Until 2003, the measured heat increase was consistent with computer model expectations. But a new set of ocean monitors since then has shown a steady decrease in the rate of oceanic heating, even as the satellite-measured imbalance between incoming and outgoing energy continues to grow.

Satellite measurements indicate that the amount of greenhouse-trapped solar energy has risen over recent years while the increase in heat measured in the top 3,000 feet of the ocean has stalled. Although it is difficult to quantify the amount of solar energy with precision, scientist estimate that, based on satellite data, the amount of energy build-up appears to be about 1.0 watts per square meter or higher, while ocean instruments indicate a build-up of about 0.5 watts per square meter. That means about half the total amount of heat is unaccounted for.

The scientists suggest that last year's rapid onset of El Niño, the periodic event in which upper ocean waters across much of the tropical Pacific Ocean become significantly warmer, may be one way in which the solar energy has reappeared.

"The heat will come back to haunt us sooner or later," says NCAR lead scientist Kevin Trenberth . "The reprieve we've had from warming temperatures in the last few years will not continue. It is critical to track the build-up of energy in our climate system so we can understand what is happening and predict our future climate."

Either the satellite observations are incorrect, says Trenberth, or, more likely, large amounts of heat are penetrating to regions that are not adequately measured, such as the deepest parts of the oceans. Compounding the problem, Earth's surface temperatures have largely leveled off in recent years. Yet melting glaciers and Arctic sea ice, along with rising sea levels, indicate that heat is continuing to have profound effects on the planet.

The research was funded by the National Science Foundation, NCAR's sponsor, and by NASA. A Science Perspectives piece is not formally peer-reviewed, but it is extensively reviewed by editors of the journal. Science had invited Trenberth to submit the article after an editor heard him discuss the research at a scientific conference, but he said he didn't have the time.

Osharian scientist and priest agree that humans have not changed the Earth conditions that much since the 1900's. The truth of the matter is that the Earth's precession cycle is at work here. Global warming is a natural side effect of the changing of the galactic seasons. Warm ages only last 20,000 years or so, where as ice age last 100,000 years at a time. there is little to no spring and fall. It goes back and forth from small summers to long winters. Humans do have a small impact on the Earth, but the precession cycle is much more important to the over all out come of global warming. Think of it as the end of our galactic summer. It may get a little hotter before we see a great cool down. We should be happy that this was such a nice tropical age to live in the first place. Humans have lived in both types of ages, which tells us that we could live to see the next tropical age. But note that the ice age will be within a few hundred years or less. The global weather changes are part of the bigger cycle at work. It has take around 13,000 to 26,000 years for this cycle to come full circle. We must get ready for the next changing of the ages.

Osharian E.L.F. M.W.I.

E.L.F. mwi ( Extremely Low Frequency Mind Wave Interface ) This type of technology was first theorized in modern times by Nikola Tesla in the late 1800's. In 1933 the E.L.F. M.W.I. system was one of the first of it's kind. Highly ancient devices were until this age kept a secret. How ever in the 60's the work was picked up by other scientist. The O.S.P. has been at work on a working model of the device for more than 20 years. They in the 2000's have almost finished the latest of the test for this device. E.L.F. M.W.I. is wi-fi for the brain. It picks up on E.L.F. wave and converts it into electrical impulses. It work on a frequency between 6-10 Hz. Studies and test shows that 03% to 05% of human subjects are not hard wired for these frequencies. 8.0 to 10.0 is the most comman frequencies that work. The device can be used in the opposite way, to out put E.L.F. waves back at the subject. This means that the subject can think commands to a computer and the computer can send back information as well. Other development groups are close behind us in the research and development of such devices. The O.S.P. began research in the 1930's. Since then the O.S.P. has designed 22 prototypes that laid the ground work for the modern research. Now other scientist are at what we call stage two. We here at the O.S.P. have now finished stage four. We hope that modified upgraded designs will be finished with in the next year. Some of are administrators plan for final testing to be finished late in 2011 A.D. The finished product should be operational and on the public market by no later than 2015 A.D. A brain–computer interface (BCI), sometimes called a direct neural interface or a brain–machine interface, is a direct communication pathway between a brain and an external device. BCIs are often aimed at assisting, augmenting or repairing human cognitive or sensory-motor functions.

Research on BCIs began in the 1970s at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) under a grant from the National Science Foundation, followed by a contract from DARPA.[1][2] The papers published after this research also mark the first appearance of the expression brain–computer interface in scientific literature.

The field of BCI has since blossomed spectacularly, mostly toward neuroprosthetics applications that aim at restoring damaged hearing, sight and movement. Thanks to the remarkable cortical plasticity of the brain, signals from implanted prostheses can, after adaptation, be handled by the brain like natural sensor or effector channels.[3] Following years of animal experimentation, the first neuroprosthetic devices implanted in humans appeared in the mid-nineties.

Neuroprosthetics is an area of neuroscience concerned with neural prostheses—using artificial devices to replace the function of impaired nervous systems or sensory organs. The most widely used neuroprosthetic device is the cochlear implant, which, as of 2006, has been implanted in approximately 100,000 people worldwide.[4]There are also several neuroprosthetic devices that aim to restore vision, including retinal implants.

The differences between BCIs and neuroprosthetics are mostly in the ways the terms are used: neuroprosthetics typically connect the nervous system to a device, whereas BCIs usually connect the brain (or nervous system) with a computer system. Practical neuroprosthetics can be linked to any part of the nervous system—for example, peripheral nerves—while the term "BCI" usually designates a narrower class of systems which interface with the central nervous system.

The terms are sometimes used interchangeably, and for good reason. Neuroprosthetics and BCIs seek to achieve the same aims, such as restoring sight, hearing, movement, ability to communicate, and even cognitive function. Both use similar experimental methods and surgical techniques.

Studies that developed algorithms to reconstruct movements from motor cortex neurons, which control movement, date back to the 1970s. In the 1980s, Apostolos Georgopoulos at Johns Hopkins University found a mathematical relationship between the electrical responses of single motor-cortex neurons in rhesus macaque monkeys and the direction that monkeys moved their arms (based on a cosine function). He also found that dispersed groups of neurons in different areas of the brain collectively controlled motor commands but was only able to record the firings of neurons in one area at a time because of technical limitations imposed by his equipment.

There has been rapid development in BCIs since the mid-1990s. Several groups have been able to capture complex brain motor centre signals using recordings from neural ensembles (groups of neurons) and use these to control external devices, including research groups led by Richard Andersen, John Donoghue, Phillip Kennedy, Miguel Nicolelis, and Andrew Schwartz.

Osharian scientist working in the field say that " Thanks to the Oshar and Mr. Tesla we would still be in the dark ages."

2011 update:

The device maker PLX Devices is now offering a headset called XWave that "can sense and detect human brainwaves, interpret them and connect it to everyday technology," according to promotional material on their website.
PLX Devices founder and CEO Paul Lowchareonkul told the U.K. Daily Mail that it was only a matter of time before products like the XWave entered the mainstream.
"The human brain is the most powerful, complex thing in the universe, and for the first time, we're able to harness its amazing power and connect it to everyday technology," Lowchareonkul said. "With the development of 3rd party apps, the potential for innovation is limitless."
Thus far, PLX is only offering apps that interact with the XWave for Apple mobile devices like the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
The device itself looks like an ordinary headset for telephone operators, and its website claims that XWave is perfectly safe because it only "listens" to brainwaves and "does not transmit or send any signals."
As of this report, there are four apps available that interact with the XWave, which retails for about $100. They include a basic set-up app; an app that allows you to "upload your song list and sync your brainwaves with any song in your library"; a "Tug of Mind" app; and a meditation app.
In the future, PLX says on its website that "you will be able to control and float objects in video games by simply thinking about it, or train your mind to focus and relax on command."

Osharian O.S.P. invention

Internal reports claim that the O.S.P. ( Off Site Projects ), will be releasing plans for a new device. The sephrirot craft is a part of a on going project. The goal is to build a multi sphere craft. The device uses three designs in one to work. The first is the core or reactor. Using a combination of 'Carbon fusion' and 'Reflex technology'. The shell uses a tri-sphere system. Three large sphere spin in different directions to produce a set magnetic field. The third part is connected to the core. It uses the core energy to produce a very powerful 'Tesla coil'. When all three systems are operational it creates what we at O.S.P. like to call 'The Sephrirot Craft' . Some but not all of the systems have already been designed. The project is sceduled to be finished by 2012 A.D.

Osharian search for water

ALEXANDRIA, Egypt (AFP) – Technology used to discover underground ice on Mars could also be used in the search for water on Earth and help ward off conflict in the arid Middle East, a NASA scientist said Thursday.

A probe designed by a group of O.S.P. scientist leaked out back in 2007. The probe was launched by the US space agency NASA discovered in 2007 that the desert which covers Mars sat on enough frozen water to submerge the Red Planet. This supports the doctrine of O-Notis. O-Notis claimed that Mars once was home to a colony from Sirius C star system. It is believed that the physical bodies of the Anu were genetically altered to make bodies that could live on Mars. It goes on to say that the Marians were the first design for a body that breaths oxygen. This in part lead to other alteration to design a body that could live on Earth. It also said that the people of Mars became independent of Anu, which lead to attack by Anu. Anu sent his second son ( Marduk) to stop the rebels. How ever Marduk's brother (Atlas) showed him a life form that Anu had never found before. Marduk aided Atlas and made a oath to protect the life form found on Earth (Kingu). Atlas began a new colony on Earth. Later Atlas left to go protect the Plieades. While he was at war, Anu attacked Mars (later named Marduk) again. Marduk and the rebel colonies destroyed the planet to protect the new biological design and to save their souls from being under Anu's rule again. Many of those souls then came to Earth.


The same radar technology should be used in the vast deserts of the Middle East and North Africa, scientist Essam Heggy told a UN-sponsored water conference in the Egyptian coastal city of Alexandria. "We (in the region) are best placed to use this technology," Heggy told participants at the United Nations Development Programme-sponsored conference. The equipment, dubbed Marsis, consists of a radar sounder with a 40 metre (131 foot) antenna fitted to an orbiter that is able to bounce radio waves 3.7 kilometres (2.3 miles) beneath the surface of Mars. Heggy said the technology could detect water up to one kilometre (0.6 mile) beneath the dense deserts that cover much of the Middle East and North Africa and which experts say threaten to consume more land in the next century. Scans taken by NASA showed an especially arid region of Darfur in Sudan sat on top of 6,000-year-old valleys and lakes.

With this new technology Osharian scientist hope to find the hidden under ground world of the Oshar. They state that at one point and time they built large under ground cities and used the subsurface levels for travel over long distances. The Oshar hope to one day map out this very ancient net work of ancient volcanic tunnels by 2012 A.D. This could lead to new arks being built. We also hope to maybe find artifact left by ancient Osharians over 50,000 years ago.

The "water that was at the surface is now on the subsurface level," said Heggy, a planetary scientist with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. "If we don't have these images we're shooting in the dark." Middle East countries, which include the world's largest oil exporters, spend more on oil discovery than any other region in the world but devote the least amount of funds to water exploration, Heggy said. "Water has no substitute. But still, we're not looking for it," he said, adding that its scarcity could trigger potential water-related conflicts in the region. "Water is a resource, like any other resource. And we have seen conflicts over resources," he said.

In to day’s physics we have learned about string theory, and then we unified string theories to form M-theory. Now the basic idea of the velocity of light is being changed. This is due in part to Hubble and other devices, that have given us a view of the atomic structures of this universe. We now know that 73% of this universe is made up of dark energy or negative light. The byproduct of which makes up 23% of this universe, we call it dark matter. The byproduct of positive light makes up only 4% of this universe, which we call matter. The truth of it is that what we call matter is positive matter. Hubble has given a view of what the universe may look like toward the center. We then find that dark light energy can travel at a higher velocity than positive light energy.

On august 15, 1943 A.D. on board the U.S.S. De173 Elbridge the Philadelphia experiment took place. Albert Einstein’s unified field theory along with Nikola Tesla’s egg of Columbus theory made it work.

M-theory is the idea that there are 12 main strings that put off harmonic vibrations. There are two types of strings, open strings and closed strings. Closed strings form membranes a set velocity. Anything moving slower than this harmonic velocity will be trapped in the membrane. Open strings look like a horse shoe, they can form a bridge that crosses over from membrane to membrane.

So with all this new data it isn’t hard to believe that there is a variable velocity of light. The proof lies in the data about 4^th –D travel. We know that dark light energy travels at a rate of 372,000 m/s, because positive light energy travels at a rate of 186,282 m/s. So this would mean that 5^th-D travel or what I call Sephirot velocity, would be at a rate of 558,000 m/s. The O.S.P. Has now started up a 5-D experiment program. Their goal is to have a working prototype by 2010.

Results for the 11 year program is to date needing funding, but prototype went on line in March. 233 test have run since then. Here are the detail of the over all results.

When E.L.F. Hertz. Waves are trapped in a self sustaining egg of Columbus field tachyons and gravitons pull in reverse from the two bio poles and pulls in on it's self, forming a Unified field. Any matter that is put in the devices changes anti-particle to particle position, then goes back when slowed down. 4-D program is now finished and test will go on for the 5-D experiment, until 2011.

Osharian scientist plan to have the sephirot device operational before the launch in 2012. The hope is to obtain the missing pieces of the Mora-Tome by then.
