Osharian record of The Philadelphia Experiment

Here is one account from a survivor that was a part of the experiment.
"The experiment was an attempt to cloak equipment and personal by way of a Naval warship known as the USS Eldridge (DE-173), a destroyer escort. On August 15, 1943, a total of 181 men (176 sailors and 5 civilian scientists of which I was one of ) were on board the Eldridge and along with one observation ship set out to sea for an experiment of which was never before attempted. Using technology that had already been proven successful on a smaller scale, the human factor was for the first time included within the scope of the experiments, whereas before only inanimate objects were used. We did, however, experiment with small animals during a dry run conducted on the 12th of August, 1943, which had horrifying results".

Albert Einstein 

( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Einstein ) was one of the world's greatest scientist. He stated that we can not travel faster than the velocity of light ( positive light ). On Aug. 12, 1943 A.D. this idea was disproved, and on Oct.15, 1943 Human testing began. The Philadelphia Experiment combined two main theories. 1)Albert Einstein's Unified field theory ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unified_field_theory )

 2) Nikola Tesla's Egg of Columbus theory ( http://www.brianb.org/images/Backyard%20Science/Egg%20of%20Columbus/egg_of_columbus.htm ). 

The goal was to bend light so that an object could be made unseen by the naked eye. There were many side effects from this experiment. At the beginning of the project Nikola Tesla was the director and it was his theory that was the main idea for the project. Einstein believed at the time that Electricity, Magnetism, and gravity were all apart of the same field. By tapping into one of them, you could tap into all of them. Tesla agreed with this theory and took it to a new level. Tesla believed that by producing a contained magnetic sphere of energy, he could reach a higher velocity than positive light ( 186,282 miles/second.) Tesla was right, within this field Tachyons and gravitons which can move fast that the velocity of positive light, were trapped in the sphere. This in turn gained them access to dark light energy, which can travel at two times the velocity of positive light. Positive light bends to the void and to dark energy light. Because dark energy light can travel ( 2 x c ), It does not bend, but can go in lines. These lines can cross between positive light rings. The curve of positive light = time. So by crossing over from one band of light to another, time can be by passed or you can travel to a different point in that light. In modern times we have found new theories, such as M-theory( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M-theory ) which backs up the idea. In M- theory there are 11membranes plus the super sphere. Each closed strings ( membrane ) has it's own vibrational velocity. Open strings, however can cross over to other membranes. So in theory if you can go faster than the membrane of positive light then you could travel out side of it's time line. Reports state that the experiment was first tested on animals on board of the Elbridge. When the test was over, scientist found destructive side effect. Many animals die or became ill with an unknown sickness. The U.S. military went head with human testing later that same year. navy offers claim that the test made the crew travel threw time. The navy states that the experiment never happened in the first place. So what do you think?
